Refund policy

At GLAMR we want you to love your purchase. This policy is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and its cancellation regulations.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Because our devices come into direct contact with the skin and face, we accept returns of products that have not been used and are not damaged, in their original packaging and with all accessories. You may open the package to inspect the product, but a product that has been used on the skin cannot be accepted for return unless it is defective.

Cancelling before shipment

If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel it by email and receive a full refund, less the cancellation fee described below.

How to cancel

Email us at glamrbeauty21@gmail.com with your order number, full name and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions and the address for sending the product back.

Cancellation fee and return shipping

For cancellations that are not due to a defect, a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or ₪100, whichever is lower, will be charged.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Defective or incorrect products

If the product arrived defective, not working, or different from its description on the site, contact us as soon as possible and include a photo or short video. We'll offer a replacement or a full refund with no cancellation fee, and we'll arrange and cover the collection of the product.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, to the original payment method. The refund covers the product price, less any applicable cancellation fee.
